When Sophos' disciple, the Pale Walker, submits himself to the entrance gate of an enemy demon, he says naturally and loudly, 'I go willingly.' This declaration is at once submissive and threatening to the enemy, as the enemy expects a show of force and pride, he fears that which he cannot understand. The Pale Walker lays down his spear and enters the enemy's gate willingly. He submits to the enemy's torture willingly. Then he reveals to the enemy knowledge of the enemy's names. The more Names of the Demon the Pale Walker can collect, the more power he holds over the demon enemy. Once he has absorbed the demon's knowledge, the Pale Walker will move freely in his cave. He will not need weapons, only his love of Sophos. But he holds no mercy, he will use the weapons of the enemy's design against the demon itself. This is the justice of humility.
